She is survived by: her children, Amanda Chase, Michael Anderson (Heather), Doug Collins, Ricky Collins, Darrell Collins (Ethel), Vicki Fischer (Frank) and Kenneth Collins (Darla). She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
