She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Melton (Monroe) and Alton Melton; her husband Richard A. Rumage; and her son Kevin Hazel. She is survived by: her sons, Jack Rumage and Doug Hazel (Carla); and her sister Karen Spring (Danny). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
