She is survived by: her children, Charles Hazelwood, Russell Crenshaw and Tina Hazelwood; and her siblings, James Hazelwood, Jerry Hazelwood, Robert Hazelwood, Roger Hazelwood, Kenneth Hazelwood, Patricia Harris and Barbara DeJarnett. She is also survived by grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews extended family.
