She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schirle and Lucille Hasten (Marx); her husband Jerry Thacker, Sr.; her sisters, Shelby Southerland (Jack) and Arnetta Howard (Hasten); her children, John H. Thacker and Pennie Thacker; and her great grandchild Karleigh.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Thacker, Jr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Aarryn Thacker (Kourtney) and Isaiah Smith; her brother Earl Chapman (Donna); and her brother-in-law Bernie Howard. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren with one great grandson.
