He is survived by: his children, Crystal Grubbs (Brandon) of Evansville, IN and Steven Smith, Jr. (Krystal) of Hinton, OK; his stepsons, Dennis Tyring (Nikol) and David Tyring (Susan); his close friend Annette Stanley; his siblings, Vicky Smith, Frank Smith (Terry) and David Smith; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kendall, Katelyn, Douglas, Layla, Tyler, Shian, Logan, Caden, Dusten, Cami, Jasmine, Carter and Kaylee; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Roselyn, Daxton and Teddy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
