He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Daugherty. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Daugherty; his son Nick Daugherty; his parents, Buddy Daugherty and Mary Lou Daugherty; his grandsons, Brayden and Keaton Daugherty; and his sister Charnetta Ferguson (James).
