He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas B. Foster and Dorothy Jean Foster (Fulkerson); and his parents-in-law, John and Marilou Ohning. He is survived by : his wife Carla (Evansville); his son Mike (Evansville); his brother Tom; his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Foster of Owensboro, KY, Donna and Mike Parker; his nephew David Foster; and his niece Paige Parker.
Pre-Covid, Tony and Carla enjoyed going to Florida in the spring and Gatlinburg in the fall, where they loved to hike to the different waterfalls.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Evansville YMCA- Rock Steady Boxing, PAAWS, or St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
