It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Kathleen Berry of Evansville, Indiana, born in Huntingburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sakel and Elsie Sakel (Beardsley); her husband Minos F. Berry; her siblings, Jeanette Sakel, Inez Sakel, Marian Clem and John Sakel; and her grandson Jordan Berry.

She is survived by: her sons, Clark Berry (Jeanie) of Evansville and Brad Berry (Cathie) of Vincennes, IN; her brother Don Sakel of Floyd Knobs, IN; and her grandchildren, Deryl Berry of Evansville, Christopher Berry of Evansville, Bryan Berry of Evansville, Joseph Berry of Vincennes, IN and Tabitha Williams (Greg) of Boonville. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
