He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Fulton (James) and Vernon O. Fulton; his daughter Jo Beth Fulton; and his brother Ronald Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fulton (Hicks); his daughters, Brenda Matthews and Tracey Cozart (Jeff); his grandchildren, Stephen Carr (Angela), Jamie Lockwood (Garnell), Cassandra Brusie (Nick), Caitlin Sallee, Lindsey Stroud and Zachary Cozart (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Austin McClanahan (Katie), Austin Carr, Cierra Blagrave (Garrett), Megan Carr (Josh), Emma Sallee, Aaron Sallee, Emilia Brusie, Everett Brusie, Gabby Lockwood, Lilly Lockwood, Avery Stroud and Elise Stroud; and his great great grandchildren, Ada McClanahan, Copeland McClanahan, Maverick Offerman and Josephine Blagrave. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crossroads Christian Church (10800 Lincoln Ave, Newburgh, IN 47630). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
