She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar T. Lenn and Mayme Lenn (Inkenbrandt); her husband James "Jim" Smith; and her siblings, Rosella Myers, Esther Taylor, Dorothy Williamson, Mary Margaret Lenn, Eloise Hart, Thomas Lenn and Melville Lenn.
She is survived by: her sisters, June Johnson of Evansville, IN and Jean Sachs (Bob) of Evansville, IN; and her siblings' children, Helen Pauli of Evansville, IN, Anita Mayo of Evansville, IN and Teddy Johnson (Vickie) of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
