She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Parkinson and Lorene C. Parkinson (Matz); and her brothers, Charles J. and Jerry Parkinson. She is survived by: her sons, David Rideout (Dawn) and Rick Rideout (Vicky); her grandchildren, Rodney Rideout, Kristopher Rideout (Bobbi), Rusty Rideout (Jessica) and Rogy Rideout; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Rideout, Ella Rideout and Reed Rideout.

Due to the pandemic, visitation and funeral services will be private at Pierre Funeral Home.

Vivian was born June 2, 1932 in Evansville to the late Charles W. and Lorene C. (Matz) Parkinson.
