He is survived by: his sons, Bill (Nita) and Mike (Eric); his grandchildren, Nicole Holstein (Josh), Lauren Thomas (Noah), Megan Reynolds and Karalyn Howard; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Reese, Caleb Holstein, Isla and Teddy Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
