He is survived by: his children, Kathy Harrison, Angie Cornish, Jennifer Meredith, Julie Cavalcante, Cindy Schreder and Robert Hendrickson; his siblings, Jerry Hendrickson and Becky Miller; and his friend Linda Mullis. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
