It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Leonard Wittgen of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Wittgen and Lillian Wittgen (Maday); and his brother Richard Wittgen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Wittgen (Fleming); his children, Donald Wittgen of Hawthorn Wood, IL and Karen Cain (Jonathan) of Evansville; his grandson Nicholas Cain of Evansville; and his sister-in-law Janice Wittgen of Evansville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
