Burgess (Bushfield); his children, Andra B. Chamberlain (Eric) and John H. Burgess, Jr. (Brandy); his grandchildren, Logan, Jeremiah Chamberlain, Nicole, Brooke, Allison and Luke Burgess; his great grandchildren, Layne Chamberlain, Aurora and Mia Julbert; and his siblings, Mary Whitlock, Judi McGaugh, Frank and Rocky Burgess.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Christ Indianapolis United Methodist Church (8540 US 31 S, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Christ Indianapolis United Methodist Church.
