He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Whitehead and Marilyn Whitehead; his sister Lori Monroe; and his grandparents, Walter, Hazel Maley, Glen and Mae Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Crosby; his children, Carly Vogel (Aaron) and Blake Whitehead (Ashley); his grandchildren, Beckett, Nolan, Adeline Vogel and Marion; and his brother Jeremy (Angie).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Indianapolis, in Brian's memory.
