She was predeceased by: her parents, Trimble Leslie and Prudis Leslie. She is survived by: her husband Howard Swaim; her children, Paul Estep (Debra), Gladys Black (Michael), Juanita "Susie" Lamson, Charlotte Swaim and Marion; her stepchildren, Jeffery Swaim, Susan Howlett, Lisa Swaim and Julie Veach; and her siblings, Arthur Leslie, Lovell Leslie, Phyllis Osborn, Pamela Poff and Crystal Hall. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Contributions made in Charlene's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.
