It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight L. Phelps of Fairmount, Indiana, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Coy Phelps; and his sister Susan Eaton. He is survived by: his mother Myra Phelps-Summitville (Murphy); his siblings, Debby Turschman (Jerry) of Summitville, Teresa Byrd of Summitville, Ellen Meeks (Jerry) of Summitville, Penny Phelps of Summitville and Bruce Phelps-Elwood (Chris); his siblings' children, Brandon Turschman (Angie), Mitchell Turschman (Jessica), Jason Byrd (Laurie), Jessica Gregory (Adam), Amanda Eaton, Justin M. Thompson and Mollie Phelps; and his close friends, Larry, Sharae Nottingham, Jeff and Emily Neil.
