He was predeceased by: his parents, Shad J. Dickison and Cora B. Dickison (Adkins); his wife Betty J. Nelson; and his siblings, Homer, John, Elijah, Seth, Dickey and Donna Mae.
He is survived by: his children, Nathan Dickison (Janelle) of Van Buren, Rebekah Snedigar of Van Buren and Daniel Dickison; his grandchildren, Emily Snedigar, Derik Sutton (Kassandra) and Cory Sutton; and his great grandchildren, Kieran Sutton and Declan Sutton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
