He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Berg and Hazel Berg; and his siblings, Herman Berg, Jr, Betty Thrasher, Margaret Watson and Wilma Artrip.
He is survived by: his spouses, Esther "Pat" Stevens and Pat Berg of Marion; his children, Tim Berg (Donna) of Marion, Gary Berg (Sandy) of Marion, Greg Berg of Marion and Betty Berg of Marion; his sisters, Sally Timmons, Portland, Barbara (Don), Sharon Huston (Sam) and Kokomo; and his brother-in-law Dane Artrip of Muncie. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
