He is survived by: his former spouse Sherlyn (Mills); his children, Roger (Karen) and Leslie Fix (John); his adoptive daughter R. Ricky Bennett; his grandchildren, Kameron, Luke, Marion, Rebeccia, L. J. and Chloe; his sister Nancy Ketterman; his nephew A. J. (Brittany); his great-nephew Marshall; and his great-niece Romona.
