He is survived by: his sister Carolyn; his children, John Lynn (Sue), Michelle Wells (Joe) and Philip (Holly); his grandchildren, Michael Small (Jody), Johanna Kikendall (Steve), Ashley Motia, Carrie Wells Jenna Donaldson and Jama Casselman (Craig); and his great grandchildren, Layla Kikendall, Sophia Small and Memphis Rains.
