"Gerry" Lewis; his children, Julia McCord (David) of Medina, OH and David Lewis (Lisette) of Byron, GA; his grandchildren, Ashley Lewis, Taylor Lewis, Colin McCord, Jared McCord, Randall Osterhout and Elsie Osterhout; his great grandchildren, Evelynn Caillavet and Charlotte Caillavet; and his brother Charlie Lewis.
