He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phillips and Mary Lorena Draper (McCone); his wife Jennifer L. Morgan; his daughter Mary Jo Skinner; his siblings, Jack Draper and Ann; his brother-in-law Fred "Barney" Barnhart; and his sister Mary Jane Draper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Small (Doug Ferren), Marion and Christy Sherman (Steve); his brother James Draper (Kaye) of Ocala, FL; and his grandchildren, Alex, Isaac Skinner, Trevor Mart, Aubrey, Austin, Amelia and Ameera Ferren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
