She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Mittank and Lois Mittank (Hockett); her siblings, Doris Watts (Russel), Clyde Mittank (Phyllis) and Janet Fox (Jack); her sons, Ralph and Jim Lewis (Salome); her great grandchildren, Doug Lewis (Angela), Sierra and Lauren; her children, Michael White (Mandy), Asher and Everly; her great great grandchild Tessa Marie Lewis; her former wife Ruth; her husband Howard; and her son John W. Lewis.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairmount Friends Scholarship fund in care of the funeral home.
