He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jane" Bilbee; his sons, Steven Allen Case (Danielle) of Fairmount and Samuel Wayne Case of Fairmount; his grandsons, Benjamin Case of Fairmount, Maxwell Case of Fairmount and Theodore Case of Fairmount; his brother Rob Everhart (Marcie) of Gas City; his sister-in-law Tammy Case of Elko, NV; his sister Phyllis Doyle of Marion; his brother-in-law Donnie Tackett (Bonnie) of Fairmount; and his nieces, Cheryl Case (Lisa) of Peru, Shelly Layton (Dan Ross) of Peru and Carol Sanchez (Jaime) of Marion. He is also survived by his friends and family, particularly his grandchildren.
