She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Horn and Bertha Horn; and her siblings, Dora Neace, Robin Horn and Larry Horn.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell (Heidi) and Nick Hobbs (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Shianna, Sianna, Branden Hobbs, Kaylee Shively (Austin), Tyler Hobbs, Kendra, Cody Scott and Alexis Hobbs. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
