He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Tuttle and Laura Tuttle (Rockwell); his wife Dorothy Gay Tuttle (Myles); his son Harry Tuttle; and his granddaughter Misty Dawn Tuttle.
He is survived by : his children, Dixie McPheeters (David), Craig Tuttle (Tina) and Garland E. Tuttle, Jr.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
