She was predeceased by : her parents, William Gilbert and Dorothy Gilbert (Clouse); her husband Austin Russell; and her siblings, William Richard, Melva, Marge, Kate, Phyllis and Ann.

She is survived by : her children, Dusty Russell, Todd Russell and Garla Russell; her sister Mary Shake; and her grandchildren, Ryan Russell, Dustin Russell, Abigail Russell and Brandon Shockley. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
