She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert A. Krampe and Theresia Krampe (Loechte); her husband Walter Spencer Sr.; and her siblings, Albert "Sonny", Bernard Krampe, Rose Ann Hurst and Francille Oser.
She is survived by : her partner Francis Altman of Ferdinand; her daughter Faith Schaefer (David) of Fulda; her grandchildren, Derrick Schaefer (Angie Kleeman), Brock Schaefer (Michelle) and Kendra Mullis (Cody); her siblings, Gerald Krampe (Rita) of Ferdinand and Marie Daunhauer of Ferdinand; and her brother-in-law Arnold Hurst of Virginia.
