He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin "Stoney" and Mildred Stoneberger (Hess); his siblings, Perry Stoneberger, Martha Stoneberger and MaraBeth Gordon; his siblings-in-law, Charles Ball, Jim Oakley, William Miles, Kenny "Jake" Miles, Bob Stuteville, Bob Barton and Betty Jo Miles; and his nephews, Aaron Lynch, Tim Hunt, Randy Stuteville and Rob Stuteville.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Stoneberger (Miles); his children, Michael Stoneberger of Evansville and Melissa Dixon (Tim) of Johnson City, Tennessee; his grandson Noah Dixon of Johnson City, Tennessee; his siblings, Dan Stoneberger (Earleen) of Evansville, Ann Oakley of Evansville and Mary Ball of Evansville; and his friend Matt McClarney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
