He is survived by: his parents, Elsie Billian and Alfred Billian; his children, Dave Billian (Linda) and Bobbie Shambaugh (Tim); his friend Evelyn Parker; and his grandchildren, Jeff Shambaugh (Jenny), Kelly Burgdorf (Brian), Stacy Koehl (Mike), Michelle Alcorn (Jim) and Jason Smith (Andrea).
