She is survived by: her husband George Konley of Fort Wayne; her children, Diane Wyant (Greg) of Alamorgodo, NM, Nancy Ingram (Jeff) of Colorado Springs, CO and David Spade of Fort Wayne; and her stepsons, Gary Konley of Orland Park, IL and Steven Konley of Crestwood, IL. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
