She was predeceased by : her husbands, Robert H. Thompson and Kenneth L. Collins. She is survived by : her close friend Gerald Young.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Towne House Retirement Community Chapel (2209 St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
