With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Pook-Knox (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on May 31, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Glen Pook and Glenn Knox; and her siblings, Nelson, Patricia and Betty.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Kincaid (Steve) of Fort Wayne; her grandsons, Tony Kincaid (Heather) and James Kincaid (Beth); her great grandchildren, Cody Kincaid, Rochelle Kincaid, Abigail Kincaid, Brittney Kincaid, Caleb Kincaid and Emma Kincaid; her stepchildren, Rod Knox (Barbara) and Ann Lynn Kluska (John); her stepgrandchildren, Annette Knox, Matthew Knox, Glynn Marie, Layne Kluska and Hayley Kluska; and her brothers, Richard Adams (Carolyn) and Larry Adams (Patricia). She is also survived by daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.
