It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Palmer (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 12, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Francis Theodore Siener. She is survived by: her parents, Francis Siener and Mary Frances Siener; her husband James V. Palmer; her children, Diana Brooks (Mike), Linda, Stenger, Barbara Palmer, Christopher Palmer, David Palmer, Gregory Palmer, Philip Palmer and James Palmer (Diana); and her siblings, Rose Palmer, Mary Clark and James Siener (Debbie).

Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the Allen County Public Library.
