She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Burns and Hazel Burns (Newman); and her spouse Merle. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Hixson (Todd); her sisters, Mary Sue Burroughs (Willis) and Peggy Fast (Del); and her grandchildren, Kelly Alter (Bill), Joe Klee (Erica), Tyler Klee (Breeanna), Corrie Silcox (John), Robb Hixson (Lauren) and Cassie Hixson. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
