With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmen Amelia Liechty (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on November 15, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Leonor. She is survived by: her husband John Daniel Liechty of Fort Wayne; her children, Johnathan Liechty (Konni), Janelle Jacob (Daniel) of Fort Wayne and Janette Resendez (Roel) of Bluffton, Indiana; her siblings, Hector Jesús Colón (Sonia) of Kissimmee, Antolín Colón (Erma) of Sarasota, Angel Enrique Colón (Janette) of Goshen, Indiana, Maria Luisa Espada, Mercedes Colón, Ana Colón of Aibonito and Puerto Rico; and her grandchildren, Lily Liechty, Cameron Jacob and Coleten Jacob of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
