She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester E Fisher and Georgianna Fisher (Howland); her former husband James O Davis Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Lou Fisher, Loretta Berg, John Fisher and Marie Fisher.
She is survived by: her husband Byron E Hoover; her children, Cynthia Rybolt (Harry), Brenda Lutz and Robert Davis (Linda); her grandchildren, Andrew, Alison, Carol and Tessa; and her great grandchildren, Myles, Jack and Jude.
Memorial donations may be given to North Park Community Church or Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control.
