She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Smith; her former husband David Meyers; and her son Craig Meyers. She is survived by: her husband James Stevens of Fort Wayne; her daughters, Lisa Cramer (Jim) of Fort Wayne and Cheryl Hall of Fort Wayne; her stepdaughters, Diane Miller and Holly Jackson; her grandchildren, Keri Grygienc, Kelli Herrli (Nathan), Kyle Hall (Jordan), Cody Hall, Brooklynn Hottinger, Quinn Meyers, Chloe Starkey and Logan Jackson; her great grandchild Alex Grygienc; and her brother Morton Smith (Kay) of Springfield, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
