He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Stafford Sr.; his grandparents, Nellie, Paul Grider, Mae and Tom Stafford; and his close friend Buck.

He is survived by: his mother Joyce Grider Stafford; his sisters, Carla Stafford and Chris Parker; his daughter Malisa Gillman; and his son-in-law Gideon Gillman.
