He was predeceased by: his parents, Don W. Berry and Gladys Berry. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Berry of Fort Wayne, IN; and his daughters, Sonya Hoover (John) of Fort Wayne, IN, Ursula Berry of Fort Wayne, IN and Priscilla Bergman of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and 2 grand dogs.
