He is survived by: his sons, David England, III (Christy) of Wabash, Austin England (Brianna) of Fort Wayne and Brandon England (Sophie Tippmann) of Fort Wayne; his sister Patricia Frost (Donald) of Suwanee; and his nephews, Darren Frost of New Jersey and Derek Frost (Nesreen) of Suwanee.
