He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Molly Schau (Platz), Mark Platz, Greg Platz and Michelle Platz; his stepdaughter Beth Mickens; his grandchildren, Joshua Pederson, Caleb Pederson, Gavin Platz, Maggie Platz, Chris Clyne, Kevin Mickens and Kaylee Mickens; his great grandchildren, Sophia Clyne, Ava, Alex and Aspen Mickens; his brothers, Larry Platz (Sharon) and Bob Platz (Judy); his siblings' children, Christine (Chris) and Kevin Platz; and his siblings-in-law, Keith (Kris Johns) and Betty (Dave Brayton).
