It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana J. Fark (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Portland, Indiana, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike J. Hart and Elnora M. Hart (Hannon); her spouse William C. Fark; and her brother Tim Hart. She is survived by: her children, Lana Lobrillo (Frank) of Fort Wayne, Kristie Kendrick (Gary) of Fort Wayne, Laurie Heiser (Richard) of Fort Wayne, Treasea Pulley (Phil) of Fort Wayne, Kimberly Fark of Fort Wayne, Beth Webster of Fort Wayne and Amy Archer (Melvin) of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Dennis Hart of Berne, Ind., Karen Zeiler of Bryant and Shirley Jacobs of Decatur. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
