She is survived by: her parents, Earl Sprouls and Hilda Sprouls; her sister Beatrice E. MacQuire of Fort Wayne; her husband Walter; her daughter Paula; and her grandchildren, Maxine Blizzard Brown and Matthew Blizzard Brown.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
