It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Allen Yates (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on October 4, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Yates; his children, Karrie Helmick (Michael), Cassandra Krauter (David), Kristine Calvert, James Crouse Jr. and Glenn Calvert Jr.; his grandchildren, Mace, MahKanna, Brenton, Nadya, Adam, Cheryssa and Drake; and his siblings, Dale Yates (Sandy), Donald Yates (Dawn) and Karen Yates (Rob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
