He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Swift and James Swift, Sr.; his siblings, Terrie Elaine Swift and Martin Anthony Swift; his nephew Theodore Burnette, Jr.; and his great-nephew Timarion Swift.
He is survived by: his children, Evan Tyson and LaKendra Tolbert; and his siblings, Apostle Lydia Wyatt (Stevie), Tamatha Sain (Robert), Timothy Swift, Sr., James Swift, Jr. (Jennifer), Delois Savage (Ronnie), Gloria Jones, Jacqualin Jones, Annette Hurse (Curtis), Patricia Jones and Edward Jones, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
