She is survived by : her son Ron King of Fort Wayne; her stepsons, Matthew Hayner (Christie) of Florida and Mike Hayner (Heather) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Spencer DuCharme (Jasmyn) of Fort Wayne, Claire DuCharme of Mishawaka, Isaac King (McKenzie) of Fort Wayne, Sterling King of Fort Wayne, Cecelia King of Fort Wayne and Lacey Hayner of Florida; her great grandchildren, Aylah, Norah and Levi; her sister-in-law Hazel Thompson of Columbia City; and her sisters, OlaMae Allday of Texas, Opal Lewis of Kentucky, Peggy McGuire (Danny) of Kentucky, Wanda Watts (Jerry) of Kentucky and Linda Watkins (Jimmy) of Kentucky.

Eva's request is that all memorials go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
