He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Bissell; his wife Peggy Bissell of Fort Wayne; his children, Tawnya Bissell of Olympia, WA, Jessica Hurst (Josh) of Fishers and Amanda Kohman (Andrew) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Natalie, Zachary and Landon; and his siblings, Duane Bissell (Jennifer) of Fremont and Diane McClain (Paul) of Fort Wayne.
